The fully automatic scraper centrifuge can perform solid-liquid separation on various industrial media and filter impurities from various processing fluids. We have corresponding solutions and usage experience for various corrosive solutions such as strong acids and alkalis.
The scraper centrifuge can be used as a centrifugal oil filter. Centrifugal oil filter has high centrifugal force and good stability. The centrifugal oil filter has a high effective flow.

Product Principles

1:The liquid to be filtered enters the centrifuge through the auxiliary pump.

2:The impurities in the dirty liqu id are separated at high speed and attached to the inside of the tank.

3:The pure liquid is drained back to the oil tank.

4:When the tank is full of impurities, the centrifuge will start the automatic slag removalfunction and the discharge port will be opened.

5:The centrifuge automatically reduces the speed of the tank, and the builtinscraper starts to operate for slag removal.

6:The removed impurities fall into the collection box under the centrifuge from the slag outlet, and the centrifuge starts to run.
